Easy Lemonade Recipe

Easy Lemonade
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
2 packets equal brand sweetener, (I prefer Sweet and --Low)


Mix all ingredients. Chill well. Add ice cubes if you wish.

Yield: 3 cups Serving Size: 3/4 cup Exchanges per serving: 1 fruit

Per serving: 64 calories; 15 g carbohydrate; trace protein; trace fat;
trace sodium. (If you're like me 3/4 cup isn't enough, I just adjust by
doubling my serving and then delete a fruit at another meal for the day.
