Dieting made easy

If your aim is to get thinner and also improve your overall healthiness, among other things you should start a thoughtfully designed sensible weight loss program. At best, this should include five standard portions of fruit & veg a day and also require the right fusion of carbohydrates, fat, and protein.

At the start of a diet, people far too often concentrate on chain store and big brand foods labelled 'low fat'. To do this is usually foolish, given that a food might just be moderate in fats, but still contain far too many carbs & calories.

When deciding on a nutrition system, it is important to try to lower your ingestion of fat, salt and refined carbohydrates.
