Fresh Herb Dip Recipe

Fresh Herb Dip
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1%
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, or
freshly ground pepper to taste


In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt and cottage cheese until
smooth. Stir in garlic, horseradish, parsley, and dill. Add a generous
grinding of pepper. Chill before serving. (Makes about 11/2 cups (354 ml))

Per 2-tablespoon (30 ml) serving: calories, 14 protein, 2 g carbohydrate,
1 g fat, trace (calories from fat, less than 1%) dietary fiber, trace
cholesterol, trace sodium, 74 mg potassium, 50 mg
