Grilled Tuna With Chinese Five Spice Sauce
1 lb tuna steaks
1 1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lemon juice, plus 1 teaspoon
1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
2 tsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice


Marinate the tuna steaks in the sesame oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat
source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. While the tuna steaks are
marinating, combine the remaining sauce ingredients and heat in a pan for
10 minutes over medium heat. Grill the tuna steaks for 6-7 minutes on each
side, turning once, basting each side occasionally with the sauce.

43mg, protein 30.0g, carbohydrates 14.0g, fiber 0.5g, sodium 3910mg.
