Melon In Mint Sauce 2/3 cup lowfat sour cream
1 tbsp mint, plus 1 tsp., minced
1 tbsp sugar, plus 1 teaspoon
1/8 tsp cardamom
2/3 cup cantaloupe, cubed
2/3 cup honeydew melon, cubed
2/3 cup watermelon, cubed
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the
melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
Per serving: calories 124, fat 7.7g, 54% calories from fat, cholesterol
0mg, protein 1.5g, carbohydrates 13.5g, fiber 0.6g, sodium 45mg.
Exchanges: 1 Fruit, 1/2 Saturated Fat.
