Pineapple Cake ( 4 Points) 5 egg whites
1 box yellow cake mix, reduced fat
1 can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 tbsp sugar
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add pineapple and cake mix. Spread in a
sprayed and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon sugar.
Bake 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Freezes well. Fat free Cool Whip can
be used on top when served.
220 bonus calories 3 g. fat and 1 g. fiber
