A few tips on healthy eating
If you wish to lose weight and also develop your all round health, then, as any doctor will tell you, you should decide on a carefully prepared solid weight loss program. Ideally, this must take in 5 portions of fruit/vegetables every day and also require the optimum fusion of fat, carbohydrates and protein.
When chosing foods for dieting, people ordinarily fix on chain store and well known food products labelled as 'low-fat'. To do this is far too often an error, in that an item might just be lowered in fat content, but whilst still remaining high in calories.
In deciding on a diet, you have to endeavour to moderate your consumption of refined carbohydrate, salt and fats.
