Quick Amaretto Mousse Recipe

Quick Amaretto Mousse
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix, (4-serving-size)
2 cups evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp amaretto liqueur
1/2 cup low-calorie whipped topping
1 cup fresh raspberries


Serving size: 1/2 cup

Use artificially sweetened, nonfat, instant chocolate pudding mix.

Prepare the pudding according to package directions using the evaporated
skim milk. Add the Amaretto. Let the pudding set for 10 minutes. Fold
in the whipped topping. Alternate layers of raspberries and mousse in
parfait glasses, ending with raspberries, and serve.
