Red Beet Salad Recipe

Red Beet Salad
1 16 ounce ca beets, julienned, reserve juice
1/4 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp horseradish, red (mild) or white (strong)
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar


Combine all ingredients, mix lightly, cover, and chill for 2 hours. Drain
off the liquid before serving.

Serving size: 1/2 cup
