Shells Agli Olio Recipe

Shells Agli Olio
2 tbsp olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons
1 tbsp white wine, plus 1 teaspoon
7 garlic cloves, minced
2/3 cup fresh spinach leaves, stems removed, torn into small pieces
11 oz cooked shell pasta


In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saut‚ for 5
minutes. Add the spinach and saut‚ just until it wilts. Toss the garlic
spinach sauce with the hot shells and serve.

Per serving: calories 207, fat 9.6g, 42% calories from fat, cholesterol
0mg, protein 5.0g, carbohydrates 25.0g, fiber 2.0g, sodium 23mg.

Exchanges: 1 1/2 Monounsaturated Fat, 2 1/2 Starch.
