Sweet Potatoes & Broccoli - Vegetarian Cook 1 medium sweet potato, diced water
1 cup broccoli, chopped, cooked
1/2 cup cottage cheese, low fat
1 tbsp sesame seed
In a covered saucepan cook sweet potato in 1/2 c water until almost
done. Add chopped broccoli and extra water if needed. Toss cottage
cheese and sesame seeds with vegetables until heated through.
