Tofu Dip With Herbs Recipe

Tofu Dip With Herbs
12 oz firm tofu, drained and patted dry
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dill
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup diced green onion
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp prepared horseradish
2 medium clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp salt


Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
