Dieting made easy
If you enjoy eating, but want to shed a few pounds and enhance your general condition, then, as any doctor will tell you, you ought to follow a precisely calculated healthy nutrition system. Theoretically, this ought to contain five standard portions of fruit & vegetables per day and embrace an appropriate fusion of proteins, carbs and fats.
When selecting food, dieters usually fix on department store and big brand foods described as 'low-fat'. This is often a mistake, given that a food may well be reduced in fat content, but also contain excess carbs.
When devising a diet, it is important to endeavour to cut down your intake of refined carbohydrate, salt and fats.
