1 cup Rotini or other spiral
Pasta, uncooked (about 4 oz)
2 tsp Vegetable oil
4 cup Cabbage, shredded red (12oz)
1 tbsp Sugar, packed brown
2 tbsp Vinegar, white
1/2 tsp Caraway seed
1/2 tsp Salt
Fresh ground pepper

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Heat oil in 10-inch
nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook cabbage in oil 2 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar and caraway seed.
Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until
crisp-tender. Stir in pasta; heat until hot. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper.
