German Cucumber Salad No2 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, snipped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
3 tbsp fresh dill, minced
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 pepper, to taste
In a lg. bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and parsley; set
aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over
cucumber mixture. Stir well to mix ingredients. Cover and chill at
least 1 hr.
