Spinach Lasagna 2
16 oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 box(10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
28 oz spaghetti sauce
3 cups(12oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the
cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach; set aside. Place 3 noodles
in
a greased 7"x11" baking dish; cover with one-third of the sauce, then
one-third of the cottage cheese mixture and one-third of the mozzarella
cheese. Repeat the layers 2 more times, ending with mozzarella cheese,
then
tightly cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour, then let
stand
for 15 minutes before cutting and serving. Yield: 6 servings
