2/3 cup 50%-less fat sour cream (such as Da

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp white pepper
4 cup cooked elbow macaroni (about 8 ounc, cooked without
uncooked pasta)

1 cup sliced green oinons
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
3/4 cup diced reduced-fat sharp cheddar che, ( 3 ounces )
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced lean ham


1. Combine first 6 ingredients, stir well. Add macaroni and remaining
ingredients, toss well to coat. Cover and chill

( serving size: 1 cup)
