Advice on losing weight
If you wish to become slim and increase your general healthfulness, then, as any dietician will tell you, you ought to eat a carefully designed balanced meal plan. In theory, this must include five standard portions of fruit & vegetables a day and involve the correct proportion of fats, carbs and proteins.
At the start of a diet, people usually pick out supermarket and branded foods professing to be 'low in fat'. This is usually foolish, in that a food could be lowered in fat content, but still much too high in carbohydrates.
When deciding on a weight loss system, you have to make efforts to restrict your intake of refined carbohydrate, fats and salt.
