Swiss Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

Swiss Spaghetti Casserole
3 oz Spaghetti squash
3 oz Swiss chard
3 oz Onion, chopped
3 oz Green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 oz Almonds, blanched, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, minced
2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Salt
Sesame oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame
o8il. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds and discard them.Place the
squash in a baking pan cut side down, with 1/3 inch water. Bake for 40
mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to
handle,cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine
all ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
