Tanya's Spaghetti Sauce
1 onion, sliced or diced
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb mushrooms, chopped
2 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple
rosemary, salt, pepper and oregano,


Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, whole
tomatoes and pineapple. Add spices. Rosemary is strong spice so start with
a
small amount. Season to taste. Cook over medium heat.
