Baked Spam And Tortellini Casserole
1 jar spaghetti sauce -, (10 oz)
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz), cubed
1 package cheese tortellini
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms, (optional)


Heat oven to 375 degrees.

In a 2 1/2-quart casserole combine all ingredients except mozzarella
cheese,
mix gently. Bake covered, stirring halfway through baking, 50 to 60
minutes or
until tortellini are tender.

During last 5 minutes of baking, uncover and top with the cheese.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
