Zucchini Toss 1/4 cup Vegetable/olive oil
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 Head lettuce
1 Medium zucchini,thin sliced
2 Green onions,sliced
2 tbsp Dry red wine
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 Small bunch romaine
1/2 cup Sliced radishes
2 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese
Shake oil, wine, vinegar, salt, mustard and paprika in tightly
covered jar. Refrigerate until chilled.
Tear greens into bite sized pieces in large salad bowl. Mix in
remaining ingredients. Shake dressing; pour over salad. Toss until
greens glisten. |
