Zucchini/Corn Saute' (2 Pts)
1 Whole Onion, chopped
1 Whole Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 medium Zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup Fat-free Chicken Broth
15 oz Canned Corn, drained
15 oz Canned Black Beans, drained
15 oz Stewed Tomatoes
to taste Cumin


Sauté vegetables in chicken broth.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through.
