Cranberry-Apple Crunch Recipe

Cranberry-Apple Crunch
2 Apples, peeled, cored; cut
-inch chunks
1 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground allspice
1/2 cup Uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup Firmly packed light brown
-sugar
2 tbsp Flour
3 tbsp Butter, softened


Combine apples, cranberries, sugar, 1/2 ts. cinnamon and allspice in
bowl. Transfer to 1-quart baking dish. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar,
flour and remaining 1/2 ts. cinnamon in small bowl. Rub or cut in
butter until blended. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in preheated oven
(350 degrees F.) for 30 minutes or until topping is browned and fruit
is bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve warm.
