4 cups broccoli flowerets
4 cups cauliflower flowerets
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste


In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients
until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for
at least 2 hours.
