Cranberry Sauce Salad
1 can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Package Raspberry Jello
-(3 oz size)
2 3/4 cup Water (1 1/2 cup boiling)

Use the boiling water to disolve the packages of raspberry jello.
Add cold water ( 1 1/4 cups) to help it set up. Let it set (in fridge
is okay) until it's good and syrupy. Meanwhile, use blender to blend
cranberry sauce and sour cream thoroughly. Blend jello in carefully
(it makes for a FULL blender!). Pour into dishes, mold, whatever!
Sets in about 7 hours or so, but is best made a day ahead.

I also served this at a Christmas get-together in Dayton, and they
asked for the recipe!! I'll let that be my recomendation for it!
Welcome to the Echo, and I'll be watching to see what answers you get

Advice on losing weight

If you enjoy your food, but want to drop a dress size and also make improvements in your overall shape, then you need to decide on a methodically designed healthy meal plan. At best, this must comprise 5 helpings of fruit & vegetables a day and incorporate an appropriate fusion of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

People starting a weight loss program far too often pick out food store and big brand products labelled as 'low in fat'. This is far too often wrong, seeing as how a food product may be reduced in fats, but also contain far too much carbohydrates.

When deciding on a weight loss program, the important thing is to also make efforts to cut consumption of refined carbohydrates, salt and fats.
