Cranberry Sauce Salad
1 can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Package Raspberry Jello
-(3 oz size)
2 3/4 cup Water (1 1/2 cup boiling)

Use the boiling water to disolve the packages of raspberry jello.
Add cold water ( 1 1/4 cups) to help it set up. Let it set (in fridge
is okay) until it's good and syrupy. Meanwhile, use blender to blend
cranberry sauce and sour cream thoroughly. Blend jello in carefully
(it makes for a FULL blender!). Pour into dishes, mold, whatever!
Sets in about 7 hours or so, but is best made a day ahead.

I also served this at a Christmas get-together in Dayton, and they
asked for the recipe!! I'll let that be my recomendation for it!
Welcome to the Echo, and I'll be watching to see what answers you get

Dieting made easy

If you enjoy eating, but want to regain your youthful figure and also develop your general physical condition, then you need to undertake a meticulously planned wholesome meal plan. If possible, this should include five standard portions of pulses and vegetables every day and also involve the correct proportion of important nutrients.

When devising a meal plan, it is important to attempt to cut back on your ingestion of refined carbohydrates, salt and fats.

When starting a weight loss program, dieters most certainly concentrate on department store and well known food products professing to be 'low in fat'. To do this is usually an error, seeing that a food might just be significantly reduced in fat, but still far too high in calories.

One useful tip is to drink plenty of water. Now and then when going through a normal day, you fancy you are peckish when if truth be told you may simply want a cooling cup of water or juice. The sensations of hunger and thirst are somewhat similar, but one of the two leads to bad health and the alternative leads to no damage.

Rather than paying too much attention to the types of food you should ban from your dietary regime, look at the sensible foods that you are able to add to your meal plan. If you are able to inject the recommended portions wholesome fruit and vegetables into your weight loss program, you will discover that you feel full and have a far decreased risk of falling prey to those damaging afternoon munchies.
