Holiday Highland Dressing Recipe

Holiday Highland Dressing
2 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned)
4 cup Dry bread cubes
1/2 cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 medium Onion, grated
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning (optional)
1/4 tsp Sage (optional)
2 tbsp Water


Place oats and bread cubes in large bowl. Combine remaining
ingredients. Add to oats mixture; toss gently to mix.

Stuff lightly into body cavity and neck region of turkey. Roast
according to standard roasting directions. For one 10 to 12-lb.
turkey.
