1 Cake dry yeast
OR 1 cake compressed yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Butter or butter substitute
6 cup Flour
2 cup Flour
1 cup Milk, scalded and cooled
3 Eggs, well beaten
2 tsp Salt
2 cup Milk, scalded and cooled

Make a sponge of the yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup milk, and 2 cups
flour. Beat until smooth. Set in a warm place and allow to rise
overnight or until light and bubbly. Cream 1 cup sugar and butter
together. Add eggs, salt, and milk. Add the sponge and beat well. Add
flour, a little at a time, until a dough as soft as can be kneaded is
formed. Knead until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth. Set in a warm
place to rise. When double in bulk turn onto lightly floured board.
Shape into buns. Place on well-oiled baking sheet. Cover and let rise

desired. Bake immediately in hot oven (450 F) 15-20 minutes. When
baked sprinkle with powdered sugar. 36 servings. Mrs. George Rada,

Advice on losing weight

If you really want to lose weight and also increase your general health, then, without doubt, you should eat a meticulously designed sensible meal plan. In a perfect world, this should involve five measures of fruit & vegetables each day and require an appropriate combination of carbohydrate, fat, and proteins.

When deciding on a weight loss program, it is important to endeavour to cut down your intake of fats, refined carbohydrate and salt.

When buying food, dieters far too often look at chain store and brand name food items claiming to be 'low fat'. To do this is frequently incorrect, as a food can be significantly reduced in fat, but still elavated in calories and carbs.

Keep yourself hydrated. Your body requires plain water , it is critical for our body's wellbeing and possesses zero calories. Water also fills a dieter's tummy and decreases sensations of hunger. The recommended amount nutritionalists allege that you should drink as a minimum six glasses of water a day.

Instead of dwelling on which junk foods you need to leave out of your dietary regime, look at the nutritionally sound foods which you should introduce to your meal plan. If you introduce the recommended amount beneficial fruit/vegetables into your weight loss program, you'll discover that you feel full and have a far reduced risk of being tempted by those unwholesome afternoon biscuits.
