Vegan Cheesecake 1 8" graham cracker crust,
-unbaked
1 lb Tofu,
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Honey or syrup
1/4 cup Oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Unbleached white flour
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients except the crust in a food processor until
smooth and creamy. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake for about
45 minutes or until cracks start to form around the edge of the
filling.
Serves: 8 |
