Cinnamon Sugar Coffeecake
1 1/2 lb Bread Machine
2 tsp special or regular instant yeast
2 1/2 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup milk
Topping
1/4 cup butter, (1/2 stick) melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar, mixed with 2
1 tsp cinnamon


Place yeast, flour, salt, sugar, egg, butter and milk in the bread pan in
the order listed. Program, for your machine's dough (non-bake) mode*, and
press Start.

*If your machine doesn't have a dough mode, simply let it go through both
kneading cycles and the first rise, then cancel the machine.

Remove the dough from the machine, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Shape
it
to fit a 14-inch pizza pan, and top it with the topping ingredients of
butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Let the dough rise for 15 minutes -- it will
become slightly puffy -- then bake it in a preheated 375F oven for 15 to
18
minutes, or until it's brown and bubbly.
