Pound Cake Glaze 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp ; vanilla extract
1/2 tsp butter flavoring
2 tsp lemon extract
3 tbsp milk
2 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
Combine granulated sugar, water, almond extract, vanilla, extract, butter
flavoring and 1 Tsp. lemon extract in a small saucepan. Bring slowly to a
boil, stirring frequently. Simmer 3 - 4 minutes.
Apply to cake while still warm.
Combine 1 Tsp. lemon extract with milk and add to confectioner's sugar,
blending well; drizzle over cake.
