Ww Brownies 2 eggs
1 package Chocolate Alba Shake Mix
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 package Sugar Twin
Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix well.
Spray 2 mini loaf pans with non stick cooking spray and pour batter in.
Bake 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Do not over bake, this should be chewy.
