Biscotti Mix
2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp grated orange peel


Combine all the ingredients in a large glass mixing bowl. Place the mix in
an
airtight container. Makes 6 1/4 cups.
