Quick Biscuit Mix 2 3/4 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Soy flour, 2 T
1 1/4 tsp -salt
1/2 cup Inst dry milk, less 1 T
2 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1 cup Wheat germ
Combine all ingredients store in sealed container.
Makes 5 c
