Zippy Spam And Pesto Biscuits
1 can Spam Lite luncheon meat - (12 oz), chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp prepared pesto sauce
3 package refrigerated flaky biscuits -, (10 oz ea)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine Spam Lite, cheese, tomato,
onion, mayonnaise, and pesto.

Place biscuits into greased muffin cups, pressing gently to fit cups.
Spoon 1
tablespoon of filling into each cup. Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
Serve
warm.

This recipe yields 30 appetizers.
