1 topping-
11 oz can mandarin oranges*
1/2 cup sour cream -- dairy
1/2 cup dates -- chopped
2 tbsp almonds -- chopped
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows --
1 opt
1/4 cup flaked coconut


*Drained Prepare and bake Gingerbread as directed. Combine mandarin
oranges, sour cream, dates, almonds, and marshmallows. Spread over
gingerbread and sprinkle with coconut. Chill to set topping. Yield:
One 8-inch square, about 9 servings
