Taco Pie INGREDIENT
1 1/4 lb ground beef
1 package taco mix
1 can crescent rolls
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup corn chips, crushed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Line a pie plate with crescent rolls. Press to seal seams. Sprinkle with 1
cup of crushed corn chips. Brown beef; drain. Season with taco mix. Spoon
on
top of corn chips. Spread on sour cream and sprinkle on cheese. Add
remaining
corn chips on top. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25
minutes.
