(Mixing and kneading: 1 1/2 minutes.)
Place the yeast and 1 cup of the flour in the bowl of a food processor

machine running, pour in the hot water (make certain it's hot when you use
it). As soon as it's in, turn the machine off; add the salt and remaining

let the machine run continously until a ball of dough forms.

(Assembly: 5 minutes.)
Lightly oil the pan with vegetable oil and dust with coarsely ground
yellow cornmeal. Press the dough out into an 8-inch circle with your
fingertips and then roll or stretch it out into a 15-or-18-inch pizza
shell. Fit the shell onto prepared pan. Sprinkle desired toppings over
dough, and finish with a drizzling of olive oil. Bake 15 minutes or until
the crust is golden and the topping is bubbly. For a well-done crust bake
5 minutes longer.

Advice on losing weight

If you enjoy your food, but want to get thinner and enhance your overall well-being, then, without doubt, you should commence a thoughtfully prepared balanced daily routine. At best, this should include 5 standard portions of grains, fruit and vegetables a day and require the right blend of important nutrients.

When deciding on a daily routine, it is important to attempt to cut down your consumption of fats, refined carbohydrates and salt.

When selecting food, dieters most certainly focus on chain store and branded food items professing to be 'low in fat'. To do this is most certainly a mistake, seeing as how a food could be lowered in fat, but whilst still being dangerously high in calories and carbohydrates.

One useful tip is to drink plenty of water. Our bodies need water , it is essential for our survival and is blessed with calories. Water also fills your tummy and helps decrease feelings of emptiness. A few experts allege that we should aim to consume as much as six cups of plain water every day.

As an alternative to paying too much attention to the many types of food you should leave out of your dietary regime, direct your attention to the "good" foods that you can introduce to your weight loss program. If one can manage to inject the recommended amount nutritious fruit and vegetables into your dietary regime, you will be amazed to find that you feel more full and have a significantl;y decreased risk of falling prey to those unhealthy afternoon snacks.
