Zesty Black Bean Dip Recipe

Zesty Black Bean Dip
2 cup Canned black beans
1/2 cup Chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup Sour cream or yogurt
6 tbsp Chopped onions
2 tbsp Chopped fresh chives
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly ground black
- pepper
1 tsp Paprika


Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food
processor or blender. Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the
paprika. Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips. Yield: About 4
cups
