Mashed Broad Bean Salad Recipe

Mashed Broad Bean Salad
1 cup dried broad beans
2 cups water
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
fresh dill


1. Put 2 cups cold water and 1/2 cup olive oil and salt in a pan and
bring to a boil.
2. Add the broad beans and broil until the beans are soft.
3. Tafe off heat and pour off any excess water if any left
4. Puree in blender.
5. Mince the fresh dill.
6. Add 1/3 cup olive oil with the minced dill to the puree and mix well.
7. Put in a round bowl or serving platter where you can have the shape
or put it in a small baking round pan and let it cool (it is served
in a
rectangular shape in Turkiye)
8. Before you serve top with unminced dill and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
