Stir Fry Lentils & Beans 1 1/4 cup Sesame oil
1/2 cup Diced onion
1/2 cup Diced celery
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 cup Cooked AM Red Lentils
1 cup Cooked AM Adzuki beans
1/2 cup Fresh mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup Sliced water chestnuts
2 tsp Low sodium tamari sauce
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok and saute the onion, celery and
mushrooms until brown. Add the remaining ingredients and cook,
stirring until heated through.
