2 tbsp scallions, minced

30 oz frozen tiny peas, thawed

and water. Cover again, bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer
10 to 15 minutes or until peas are tender but still retain their
bright color. Stir in mint, cover, and steam 1 minute. Serve
immediately.
