Whole Wheat Beer Bread (Whole Wheat Beer Bread Mix)
1 package Whole Wheat Beer Bread Mix (see rec
12 oz beer
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted


Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread mix
with
the beer. Blend the mixture together, using a wooden spoon. The batter
will be
lumpy. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Pour 1/3 of the butter over
the
dough. Bake the bread for 40 minutes, then pour 1/3 of the butter over the
top
of the bread. Continue baking for 10 minutes more. Pour the last 1/3 of
butter
on the bread and bake 10 minutes longer. Remove the bread from the oven.
Allow
the bread to cool for 30 to 45 minutes and serve warm. Makes 1 loaf.
