West Bend Cracked Wheat Bread [Abm] Recipe

West Bend Cracked Wheat Bread [Abm]
1 cup plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg]
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cracked wheat cereal
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter or marg
2 tsp active dry yeast


Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan.
Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a
well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
