1 1/8 cup Water
3 tbsp Honey
1/3 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup Bread flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast


Put liquid ingredients in first, with yeast in last. Bake on light
setting, if you have one. Makes a 1 lb. loaf.
