2 Egg whites
1 tbsp Celery salt
1 tbsp Paprika
Oil, for deep frying
1 cup Samsoe cheese, grated


WHIP EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF.FOLD IN CHEESE AND PAPRIKA. HEAT THE
OIL.FORM BUNS WITH A TEASPOON AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 5 TO 8
MINUTES. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS AND SPRINKLE WITH CELERY SALT. SERVE
HOT.
