Herb地 Crunch Wheat Bread 1 1/2 cup Water
2 cup Bread flour
2 cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Dry milk
2 tbsp Margarine or butter, softene
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Dried basil leaves
1 tsp Dried thyme leaves
2 tsp Yeast
2/3 cup Dry-roasted sunflower nuts
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except sunflower nuts in
bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add
sunflower nuts at the raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before
last kneading cycle ends.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Remove
baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack. |
