Whole-Wheat Muffins (Muffin Mix)
2/3 cup whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 cup MUFFIN MIX
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk


Preheat oven to 400*F (205"C). Butter muffin pans In a medium bowl,
combine whole-wheat flour and MUFFIN MIX. Combine egg and milk in a small
bowl Add
all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened; batter should
be lumpy. Fill prepared muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until
golden brown.

Makes 12 large muffins
