Sourdough Rye -ANNA-LODI (DMSD70C)
1 1/4 cup Sourdough starter
1/2 cup Water
4 1/2 tsp Melted butter
1/2 cup Barley flour
1 3/4 cup Bread flour w/
1 tbsp Gluten in bottom of cup
3/4 cup Med rye flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp Dry milk
3 tsp Caraway seeds
2 tsp Dried onion
2 tsp Dry yeast
This is a tasty; chewy bread.
