Amaretto Rice Pudding 1/3 cup dried peaches, chopped
2 tbsp Amaretto, plus 2 teaspoons
1/3 cup white rice, uncooked
2 2/3 cups evaporated skim milk
1 1/4 tsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp sugar, plus 2 teaspoons
2 eggs, beaten
cinnamon
nutmeg
Soak the peaches in the Amaretto for 10 minutes. Set aside. Combine the
rice, milk, butter, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower the
heat, and cook until the rice has absorbed the milk but the mixture is
creamy, about 15-20 minutes. Stir constantly so the milk does not curdle.
Add the peaches and cook 1 more minute. Remove from the heat and add eggs.
Return to the heat and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture is
creamy. To serve, sprinkle individual dishes of rice pudding with cinnamon
and nutmeg.

Advice on losing weight
If you want to shed a few pounds and better your all round well-being, then, without doubt, you ought to start a specially prepared sensible diet. Theoretically, this need to take in 5 measures of fruit & vegetables daily and contain the optimum blend of carbohydrates, fat, and protein.
When starting a weight loss program, dieters ordinarily concentrate on chain store and big brand food products sold as 'low fat'. This is frequently foolish, insofar as an item may well be low in fats, but still high in calories.
When deciding on a nutrition system, you have to also try to lower your consumption of fat, salt and refined carbohydrates.
